Scheduling & Cancellations (Coaching)
Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule sessions; missed sessions may be forfeited.

All program content, frameworks (including the 6 Profit Pillars and Strategic Stillness concepts), guides, videos, and written materials are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non‑transferable license for your internal business use. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Testimonials & Case Examples
If you submit feedback, testimonials, or allow anonymized case examples, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to use and display them to operate and promote the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not publicly identify clients without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate law; infringe rights; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access; scrape/harvest data; or misuse the Services.
